A Texas resident, Dennis earned a Bachelor’s degree from Tarleton State University, and a Masters degree from Texas A&M University. He spent 40 years with the USDA at various local, state, and national office levels. He has earned the Chiefs Circle for Excellence Award and has authored several writings. He is now a Regional Agronomist for Orthman Manufacturing, specializing in cotton strip tillage systems in the southern U.S.
A Nebraska native, Randy has an Agri-business degree from Chadron State College and more than 25 years of systems agronomy experience in the western cornbelt. He worked with high-scale producers to achieve production and yield goals and to increase farm profitability – and brings those same goals to Orthman, assisting dealers and growers around the world with crop production recommendations.
